Description of the L'Avrillon Signature wine

Organic maple liqueur wine made using slow fermentation and two years of aging in Calvados barrel. On the nose, it has elegant aromas of pastry and mocha, while on the palate, it is sweet and has a fresh acidity.

Ingredients

Water, organic maple syrup, tartaric acid, yeast products, malic acid, citric acid, yeasts, asorbic acid.
Contains sulfites.
Alcohol content: 15%

How to enjoy

It is recommended to serve it between 4 and 8°C.

It will be the ideal aperitif for foie gras, lemony oysters, smoked salmon, or gravlax. It will pair perfectly with cheeses, as a starter or after a meal. As a dessert wine, it will be perfect with crème brûlée or a light dessert of wild berries.
