Description
A rich blend of 15 varieties of wild mushrooms. Responsibly harvested from our Quebec forests.
Rehydrate the mushrooms for 10 minutes in a liquid (water, broth, wine, etc.) before incorporating them into a recipe. Save the rehydration fluid for cooking. Add as is if the dish already contains liquid (soup, stew, etc.)
