Dunord

To fill a significant need in his life, Jonathan Dumas created Dunord, a quick and affordable meal solution that didn't conflict with his environmental and nutritional values.

The meal kits are plant-based and made from local agricultural surpluses, inspired by the abundance of the boreal ecosystem. The Dunord team seeks to reduce the contemporary problem of systemic food waste directly at the source by dehydrating surplus crops.

With a growing passion for local cuisine, Jonathan pushed himself to include at least one wild ingredient from Quebec's forests in his meal kits. Popularizing the consumption of dehydrated meals and recovering a certain percentage of Quebec vegetables left in the fields are his concrete solutions to the problem of food waste.
