Vignoble Les Vallons de Wadleigh

The Wadleigh Valleys Vineyard

Les Vallons de Wadleigh is a vineyard born from an agritourism dream rooted in a passion for viticulture and Quebec terroir wines. Located on the ancestral land of the Wadleigh family and founded in 1885 in Ulverton in the Eastern Townships, this vineyard is the fruit of the efforts of the Lacroix-Dagenais family. Initially dedicated to the production of sheep's milk, the project took a new direction in 2008 when Michel Dagenais and his friend Brian Illick planted the first vines.

Today, 14 years later, this family project spans 4 hectares and 16,000 vines. The grape varieties cultivated include Frontenac blanc, gris, and noir, Marquette, Radisson, Acadie, Riesling, and Saint-Pépin. Les Vallons de Wadleigh perpetuates the agricultural vocation of this historic land, offering wines that reflect the richness and diversity of Quebec's terroir.
