Our day will begin at the Frelighsburg tourist information office, where we will begin our adventure to the famous Clos Saragnat, a must-see. This place, one of the oldest orchards in Quebec and cradle of ice cider, will amaze you with the diversity of the fields of vines and apple trees. A pleasant stroll through these landscapes will allow you to taste exceptional products, from farm ciders on the lees to renowned ice ciders.

Then, head to Domaine du Ridge, an enchanting place for a guided tasting of their range of wines. Sit on their magnificent terrace, nestled in the heart of the vineyards, and accompany your tasting with a platter of charcuterie and local cheeses. You will learn more about the captivating history of this family vineyard and have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the winemaker's know-how.

A few steps further on the same street, our day will end in the captivating world of the L'Ardennais. During your visit to the cellar, accompanied by the co-owner, discover the different winemaking processes, from harvest to bottling.
