Immerse yourself in the world of exotic vegetables and African flavors during this experience at the Au Jardin d'Edem market garden farm, in the Farnham region of the Eastern Townships.

This getaway will introduce you to several plantations, including their cultivation and development techniques, all developed using different African cultures.

After your visit to the farm with the owner, you will be treated to a typical Togolese meal! Cooked directly on site with farm produce by the owner Edem, you will have the chance to taste Gboma dessi (a "sauce" dish made from gboma leaves) accompanied by crispy rice cakes (Ablo). A juice specially prepared from African red sorrel flower will be served to end the day on a refreshing note!

Au Jardin d'Edem

It was in 2014 that Edem Amegbo realized his greatest dream: to have his own farmland. Immersed in the world of market gardening from a young age thanks to his father, who cultivated several varieties of African vegetables, the roots of the future market gardener in him were already being forged.
