Kimchi Celebration season returns this year to Jardin des Chefs , the Gorria chili pepper farm of Mick and JW, the hosts of our podcast Les Idées Radicules . The view of the river is breathtaking there!
In collaboration with Julien Clot , founder of SymbiOse Alimenterre, it's time to take action for the environment and food sovereignty. That's why they're launching participatory production, where you can make golden kimchi and local sauerkraut. A golden opportunity to learn about lactofermentation while building relationships and discovering allies for health!
By participating, you'll be able to harvest fresh cabbage and receive kimchi or sauerkraut for every hour you work! To register, simply fill out the online form and the event will be held potluck style, so bringing your own lunch is recommended.
