Claudie Gravel-Niquet, after earning an MBA in social and environmental responsibility, launched Club Kombucha in May 2018 in a spacious 600-square-meter space in Hochelaga. Passionate about kombucha, she became the first in Eastern Canada to offer this beverage in cans!

Club Kombucha has quickly established itself as a staple among non-alcoholic beverages. Its seasonal flavors are perfect for aperitifs, and the team is truly committed to the environment. They work with LOOP to use reclaimed fruit juices and prioritize local ingredients.
