The Petch Cidery and Distillery perpetuates the legacy of Charles Edgar Petch, founder of the orchard in 1920. Since its inception, it has dedicated itself to producing high-quality ciders, a symbol of the ancestral know-how of the region renowned for its orchards and picturesque landscapes.

The master cider makers are passionately involved in every step, from planting and pruning the trees to the meticulous fermentation and bottling processes, ensuring unparalleled quality for their products. Located in Hemmingford, the orchards, now tended by the fourth generation of the Petch family, also cultivate pears, plums, and pumpkins in an environmentally friendly manner.
