Pickle Idéal was born from a collaborative effort with Charlevoix farmers who were experiencing a surplus of vegetables after harvest. To help these farmers, the surplus vegetables were transformed, giving birth to this delicious project!

Ingredients

Cooked beets, distilled vinegar (white), water, garlic, salt, cane sugar, bay leaf, cloves, dill, mustard, black pepper, white pepper, citric acid. Contains: calcium chloride, mustard.

Pickle Idéal's pickled beets are a perfect pairing with a nice glass of wine and a cheese and charcuterie board! Want to liven up your salad? It's also excellent with a yogurt or even labneh dressing.
