What is sour beer?
The term “sour beer” is simply used to describe a beer with a sour, tangy taste. The L’Espace Public microbrewery has made it its specialty!
Their sour beers are doubly fermented: the first fermentation is carried out with lactobacilli bacteria which give the sour taste to the beer, and a second with regular beer yeast in order to produce the alcohol.
Sour beers have a taste that can be surprising, but once you taste them, you won't be able to live without them!
