Flowery Ciders

Julien Niquet and Justine Therrien founded Fleuri Cidres in 2020. Their organic ciders ferment slowly, taking their time. Their winemaking methods are largely inspired by the world of wine, with skin maceration, punching down the cap, pumping over, and aging. In addition, some of their ciders are aged in terracotta amphorae, tuns, or even stainless steel vats.

Don't wait to taste one or two, since their ciders are always produced in small quantities!
