Domaine du Ridge
In 1996, with the help of his family and friends, Denis Paradis designed Le Domaine du Ridge, which today has 235,000 vine plants and is an integral part of the first Quebec Wine Route. Their eco-responsible practices come from their affection for their corner of the earth and their concern to respect traditional and artisanal culture. Denis Paradis and his team practice biodynamic viticulture, which stimulates the organic life of the vine. Their grape varieties are mainly French hybrids such as Vidal and Maréchal Foch.

The next generation of family members is truly proud to be part of La Route des vins du Québec. Their primary passion is to promote their region and wine with Brome-Missisquoi producers. It is also their way of creating a lasting imprint on the wine and wine landscape of Quebec.
