Founded by Sébastien Daoust and his father Jacques, a business analyst and banker respectively, it might seem that this Hemmingford vineyard was not destined to see the light of day. And yet, after an impressive career change, their great company today produces wines honestly, thoughtfully, and with the greatest respect for tradition.
