Les Petits Fruits du Clocher

The Petits Fruits du Clocher farm is located in Sainte-Cécile-de-Milton, in Montérégie. This family business has been producing and processing small fruits such as haskap, highbush blueberry and raspberry since 2010.

Our favorite ? Haskap jam from Petits Fruits du Clocher, a perfect ingredient to enhance your desserts and lunches!

What is haskap?

The haskap is a small blue berry with an oval shape. It is often compared to an elongated cornflower.

This small Quebec fruit is recognized for its many virtues. In addition to being very tasty, haskap is rich in antioxidants, B vitamins and vitamin C.

Haskap grows on a small shrub and is therefore well suited to manual or mechanical harvesting. Of course, this fruit can be eaten fresh like any other berry, but it adapts perfectly to a host of recipes like muffins, smoothies and even salad dressings.
