What is sweet clover?

Sweet clover is a wild honey plant that grows abundantly in the forests of Quebec, so much so that you have probably already seen it without knowing it!

This plant with long spikes (up to 150 cm in height!) produces small white flowers which, once dried, reveal an aroma reminiscent of vanilla. That’s why it’s called boreal vanilla!
