The Matrone, famous owner renowned for her talents as a matchmaker, but also known for offering joyful pleasures to all those who dare to delight in the fruits of her farm. Like this wine with a cherry red color of good intensity.
Its nose releases notes of red fruits and wood. Everything will be completed by scents of raspberries and black cherries, juicy and undergrowth. This dry red expresses a pleasant freshness with fine tannins.
In the mouth, we discover an ample texture ending in a fairly sustained finish. It is a blend of Marquette, Frontenac Noir, Léon Millot, Petite-Perle, Geneva which makes a very good wine for aging.
