Made from Frontenac Gris, Frontenac Blanc, and Saint-Pépin grape varieties, this white wine has a fruity and herbaceous character and is distinguished by its generous aromas of peach, pineapple, and mango, with a hint of fresh grass. It is medium-bodied with a lively acidity that highlights the exotic fruit aromas, thanks to a 6-month aging in stainless steel vats on lees.
