Gourmet Sauvage is a family business whose primary goal is to reconnect people to nature and the treasures of our boreal forest. For more than 25 years, the Le Gal family has promoted the gathering of wild plants and mushrooms by offering an impressive range of forest products and helping to educate the public through its workshops in the forest.
The wild foods used in their products are hand-picked from all over Quebec, then processed in an artisanal manner in the Laurentians.
