This experience will introduce you to a charming area of Quebec's rural heritage through several crops, including sea buckthorn!
Accompanied by owner Paule, you'll have the chance to tour the various plantations, including culinary and medicinal plants, seasonal vegetables, and even harvest eggs from the henhouse. Paule will be delighted to tell you the story of Argousiers Ste-Christine, their corporate mission, and her lifestyle as a producer.
Afterward, you'll pick your own farm-fresh ingredients to add to a delicious Breton buckwheat crepe, carefully prepared by the owner. A tasting of sea buckthorn berries and a sea buckthorn herbal tea will follow to round off the tour with a delicious twist!
