L’Avrillon wine description

Sweet organic maple wine made through slow fermentation and aging in vats on French oak blocks. On the nose it has elegant aromas of pastry and mocha while on the palate it is soft and has fresh acidity.

Alcohol content: 15%

Ingredients

Water, organic maple syrup, tartic acid, yeast products, malic acid, citric acid, yeasts, asorbic acid. Contains sulfites.

How to enjoy

On recommande de le servir entre 4 et 8°C.

Il sera l’apéritif idéal pour le foie gras, des huitres citronnées, du saumon fumé ou en gravlax. Il accompagnera parfaitement les fromages, en entré ou après le repas. En vin dessert, il sera parfait avec une crème brulée ou un dessert léger aux petits fruits des champs.
