Summer Flowers Honey - Creamy
Description Summer Flowers Honey - Creamy
This creamy, unpasteurized honey is made from flowers from the summer fields around the Miel Fontaine bee farm.
What is the difference between creamed honey and runny honey?
Creamed honey, also called churned honey, is simply made by churning liquid honey. A lighter-colored honey is usually used so that it has a beautiful creamy beige color when churned.
